Our center serves SMEs and start-ups operating in the fields of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), Virtual Reality-Augmented Reality (VR/AR), Production (manufacturing) and Advanced Materials and with a technological maturity level (TRL) of 5-6. It will offer design, development, prototyping, training, consultancy, mentoring and collaboration opportunities to entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs with technical infrastructure support.

A special visit to the Advanced Prototype Station was organized during the sample center visits held on December 20 at the IPA R&D Projects Joint Cooperation Workshop, which is a part of the Competitive Sectors Program. The Advanced Prototype Station hosted both other IPA Projects and Ministry of Industry officials, offering participants a comprehensive presentation and experience opportunity. This event will contribute to further strengthening innovative work and collaborations in the sector.

Applications for the Advanced Prototype Station Acceleration Program were evaluated and negotiations began with the companies that were deemed suitable. Within the scope of the Acceleration Program, mentoring, consultancy, training services and networking activities are planned for early stage growth and technology-based companies, and it is also aimed to meet the companies with investors and fund their projects.

Technical Support (APS) Project Information Day for the Advanced Prototype Station will be held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Konya on November 1, 2023. The event was attended by KTO Karatay University Electrical and Electronics Engineering Faculty Member, AKITEK Project Manager Dr Barış Samim NESİMİOĞLI, Eskişehir Technical University Faculty Member, APS Project Operations Coordination Unit Director, Prof Dr Hikmet KARAKOÇ, representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey, Small and Medium Sized Enterprises ( SMEs) and Start Ups will participate.

For early stage growth and technology-based companies within the scope of the Advanced Prototype Acceleration Programme; Mentoring, consultancy, training services and networking activities are planned, and it is also aimed for companies to meet with investors and fund their projects. Within the scope of the "Technical Support Project for Advanced Prototype Station" (APS), an APS Acceleration Program Promotion Event will be held on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 10:00 at Anaç Incubation Center with the contributions of ARİNKOM TTO. In the event, one-to-one meetings will be held on the introduction of the project, services offered to SMEs and Start-Ups, post-acceleration activities of the project and collaborations with the companies participating in the event. We welcome all interested entrepreneurial companies to our event!

The meeting will be attended by Mr. Mehmet ERGÜN, President of Bilecik Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Prof. Dr. Hikmet KARAKOÇ, Director of APS Project Operation Coordination Unit, representatives of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Start-ups.

At the Innovation Factory, we also aim to improve the knowledge, skills and competencies of SMEs in technical, marketing, commercial, legal and other important functions through needs-based and innovative training programs. Within the scope of our project, most of the training programs we organized for SMEs have been successfully completed. Participants completed training programs such as Leadership, Mobile Design, Product Development, Digital Transformation, Trend Analysis, Intellectual Property Rights, Law for Start-Ups, User Experience and Artificial Intelligence.
